joe has been writing since he was in the fifth grade and decided to make serialized stories for his friends, which he’d pass out every month at their Boy Scout meetings in the basement of a church. the stories weren’t very good, but joe kept writing and eventually got pretty good at it, at least enough for people to start reading his work and voraciously asking for more.
joe is currently seeking representation for his first novel Better Angels, a YA urban fantasy about teenagers who learn they are reincarnations of gods with artistically-influenced powers. he is also working on a horror novel for adults about millennials and their relationship to the internet.
beyond books, joe is also a playwright. he wrote and produced his first play The Dancing Plague, commissioned in 2016 by The Right Brain Project. His plays are available to read on the new play exchange.
